Marketing Intern ("Intern")

DEX FINGERLIGHT ("Company") is an innovative startup Company launching a new category of personal, wearable lighting. We launched in March 2025.
As part of our team, the Intern will contribute to our Company’s operations, product launch, marketing, and revenue growth with focus on filming and editing content for organic and paid social media and Google ads. Knowledge and experience in social media, Adobe Creative Suites (i.e., Abode Illustrator, PhotoShop), Canva, Capcut, and others is a qualifing requirement. In addition, the Intern must be energetic, outgoing, and creative with good problem solving skills.
The Intern will collaborate with the executive team and the Company’s marketing partners, gain and provide insights into consumer targeting, consumer behavior, market trends, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
☝️ Film, edit, and post social media content for B2C strategies.
✌️ Compile, organize and analyze data on consumer shopping habits, purchasing behaviors, and lifestyle tendencies with use of Google Analytics, Meta Analytics and others.
👉 Provide actionable insights to refine our marketing messages and improve our understanding of our target audience.
👊 Research opportunities in retail, law enforcement, and military market segments through B2B and B2G strategies.
👌 Assist in developing strategies for e-commerce, influencers, and marketing affiliates, as well as contacting and following up with them.
🖖 Analyze the e-commerce and retail landscape to identify trends, challenges, and
opportunities for product awareness, adoption, and sales.
👍 Other duties include mundane tasks necessary to operate a company and office.
