Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting, performing field service tasks, and executing preventive maintenance for GE Lunar and Hologic Bone Densitometers. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues encountered by healthcare providers.
Qualifications

- Experience in Field Service, including on-site repairs and system relocations
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Proficiency in conducting Preventive Maintenance
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of GE Lunar and Hologic Bone Densitometers is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
