What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will do more than answer calls—you’ll create memorable, positive experiences for each caller and client, representing Dexcomm and our customers with compassion and professionalism. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling High Call Volume: Efficiently manage inbound calls while creating a warm, inviting experience for every caller.
- Delivering Tailored Interactions: Follow user-friendly, client-specific scripts to meet the unique needs of each caller and make every interaction meaningful.
- Active Listening and Engagement: Actively listen to callers, respond with empathy, and engage thoughtfully to make each call a positive experience (training provided).
- Accurate Typing and Communication: Maintain a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute to relay information effectively and accurately.
- Maintaining Confidentiality and Accuracy: Ensure that professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy are prioritized on each call.
Key Details:
- This is a dynamic, fast-paced role in a 24/7/365 environment, where you will consistently meet high customer expectations and deliver professional experiences.
- Starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $15 per hour within the first year.

Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and most weekends.
- Location: Must report to our call center in Carencro, LA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish Bilingual: This skill is highly valued and comes with an increased pay rate.
Work Location:
In-person at our Carencro, LA office. Relocation to the area prior to the start date is required if not currently residing nearby.
