About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Designer to join our team in the retail manufacturing industry. As an Industrial Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional products that enhance the retail experience for our customers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Business Insights, Product Development, Engineering, and manufacturing operations to bring concepts to fruition. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and co-develop innovative product designs that align with the brand identity and target market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, including marketing objectives and technical specifications.
- Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Develop partnerships with industry leaders in emerging technologies to expand and augment our product offerings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
- Proven experience as an industrial designer in the retail industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or AutoCAD.
- Excellent sketching and visualization skills to communicate design concepts effectively.
