Dexian - DISYS is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team. As a key interface between business groups and IT, you will serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring effective project delivery and system stability.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical project delivery best practices, enabling efficient and timely project execution without impacting system stability. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, creating functional requirements, assisting in the development process, ensuring the system meets specifications, and guiding the business through application use.
Main Responsibilities
• Systems Support: Understand business processes within Supply chain and DC Automation, partner with IT cross-functional leads, and perform troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Project Management: Gather and document project risks, provide recommendations, gather and document project status updates, and present to project leadership or management.
• Information Management: Create and analyze process flow documents by networking with users, and develop partnership skills acting as a liaison between security, technical, and business teams.
• Development Lifecycle: Manage meetings, issue resolution, escalation, and drive test execution throughout all phases of testing.
• Technical Operations: Collaborate with stakeholders to define release and deployment plans, and lead post-deployment validation.
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Business, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science, and 7-10 years' experience in the IT field. Strong analytical skills, ability to create simple to complex analytical solutions, and ability to take an abstract analytical problem and break it down into actionable tasks are essential.
