Hybrid Model : 2 Weeks Onsite & 2 Weeks WFH!
Need someone coming out of a Java Dev background, but who is ok with being in more of a functional capacity, not technical.
MUST HAVE :
Lead / functional experience, get requests, ask right questions about it, look for problems and assign it to the right person / team.
