Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Access Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers, including billing and coding support, claims assistance, tracking, and submission, prior authorization assistance, and coordination of benefits.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet program objectives.
