Offensive Cybersecurity Tester

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Offensive Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our cloud infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offensive security techniques, with a focus on penetration testing, threat simulation, and red team operations.
As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will spearhead a new, high-impact project focused on Azure penetration testing and testing security across multiple cloud platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while protecting critical assets from evolving threats.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive penetration testing of cloud platforms, with a primary focus on Azure, as well as multi-cloud environments.
• Simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs) to evaluate and improve organizational security postures.
• Develop and execute offensive security strategies to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in networks, systems, and applications.
• Utilize tools such as Cobalt Strike and other frameworks to perform red team operations and advanced threat emulation.
• Create custom tools and scripts in C , C#, and other programming languages to support offensive security efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop remediation strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
• Provide detailed reports on findings, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and best practices.
• Stay current on the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance testing methodologies.
• Assist in building a robust cloud security framework to safeguard assets across multiple environments.

Qualifications: Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red team operations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C , C#, and scripting languages.
• Expertise in Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, or similar offensive security tools.
• In-depth knowledge of penetration testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of Azure and other cloud platforms, with experience in multi-cloud environments preferred.

Certifications: Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTO, or similar are highly desirable.
Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale, complex cloud environments.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Prior experience developing and automating security tools or frameworks.
