Job Description:
We are seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers on behalf of patients for a specific manufacturer-sponsored program or set of programs.
You will work under the general supervision of an Operations Manager and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless program execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, medical billing and coding, benefits verification, healthcare, business administration, or similar vocations.
