Role Overview:
The Senior Product Designer will be a key member of our product organization, responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs for our financial suite of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the human-centered design process with highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Owns UX design and mentors less experienced designers.
- Champions the voice of the user throughout our organization.
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors.
- Crafts compelling stories about the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a UX/Interaction/Product Designer working across a breadth of digital media.
- 2 years of experience leading the human-centered design process with highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, graphic design, or digital design-related degree.
