What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Owner position at Dexian DISYS?
Contract Duration: 12 months with possibility of FTE
Primary Duties and Accountabilities :
- Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and evolving product vision in collaboration with business sponsors, leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Provide context to the Agile Delivery Team to help build solutions that meet current and future customer and business needs.
- Prioritize backlog according to business strategy, business impact and concrete results.
- Regularly review and report out on progress relative to business plans and business value in the context of the broader vision.
- Review, approve and provide feedback on Agile Delivery Teamwork progress, stories, sprint planning and product deliverable(s). Manage stakeholders and communicate across multiple business units and operating companies.
- Help remove impediments for the Agile Delivery Team by supporting information gathering from relevant business stakeholders and bring issues that disrupt the team to the Scrum Master.
- Supports product budget, coordination of resources, and assists with identification of risks and issues.
Must haves:
- Years exp: 4years minimum in high level Product owner Product management space
- Product Owner that reports to Product Manager (non procurement)
- Utility exp (Huge regulator exp) Financial (combo of these three highly desired)
- Advanced Excel and advanced Powerpoint, presentation of data findings exp desired
