Responsibilities:
- Lead interactions with clients and develop technical skills of junior staff
- Oversee design and permitting teams
- Support company's strategic business objectives and critical infrastructure projects
- Apply knowledge of engineering and scientific principles
- Provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges
- Complete quality control reviews on work products
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- P.E. or P.G. registration (preferably Florida)
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in solid waste industry
