What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Dexian DISYS?
Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 6 month Contract (Possibility of extension)
Locations: Cleveland OH / Pittsburg, PA (Hybrid)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day 1-training and then assigned projects to work on using the methodology that client uses
- Expected to keep Clarizen updated with risk, issues, project deliverable and financials
- Weekly status reports on large-scale project
- Have to communicate with stakeholders and communicate information to Senior Leadership
- Able to handle larger budget ($1million or above) and complex projects
Must Have Technical Skills:
- listed in order of most important to least
- Agile experience
- Ability to work in a cross functional project management environment with proven ability to drive large scale projects
- Experience with financial management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage vendors
- SDLC experience required (need to know where to go next in the process)
- Risk and Issue Management
- Ability to forecast budgets, manage cost plan, larger dollar amounts so needs someone that is really strong watching their financials.

- Clarizen
- Jira
- PMP cert
- Agile SAFe
Soft Skills:
1. Leadership and Communication - Leading cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to ever-changing environments
Education: Preferred bachelor's degree or relevant work experience - PMP cert and Agile SAFe cert nice to haveYears of experience: Level 2 - 3-5 years
