What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reporting Analyst position at Dexian - DISYS?
The successful candidate will :
- Communicate with internal users to define and document requirements.
- Work with internal client relationship managers to validate report requirements and maximize accuracy of resulting data.
- Design and implement dashboards and reports to enable dynamic decision making.
- Serve as an expert in best-practices and advise teams.
- Design of dashboards to meet the needs of internal users from initial requirement gathering to implementation.
- Contribute ideas based on a strong technical base of knowledge related to dashboard / report design experience.
- Assess and analyze data from disparate systems forming relationships that provide relevant insights to management enabling strategic decision making.
- Work effectively across internal CRS teams / partners as well as external vendors to ensure efforts are fully understood, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are per requirements.
- 3 years of "hands-on" dashboard creation with information management teams utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Tableau
- Experience with data visualization, data integrations, IWMS software, or Archibus is a plus.
