Job Description :
Identifies technological solutions to increase profitability, enhance workflow and optimize efficiency. Participates in the development of system specifications and system design across a variety of applications.? Anticipates problems, makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements with the necessary priorities.
Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties.
Keeps management informed of any proposed upgrades and what improvement these changes will have on the systems.
Partners with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software.
Builds relationships with the clinical partners (radiologists, residents, technologists) and presents ideas clearly and concisely.
Reviews feedback from customers, compiles and analyzes support data, and recommends procedural and educational changes as appropriate.
Analyzes vendor contracts to ensure terms are beneficial for Radiology.
Supports business decisions by analyzing data from various clinical and financial systems and providing actionable plans.
- Years of experience : 3 years of experience
- Statistical analysis skills
- Ability to write complex SQL queries
- SSRS or Tableau
- SAP Crystal Reports
- EPIC Certification
