Job description

Position Details : Position Title : UX DesignerDuration : 6 months with possible extensionLocation : Texas , United StatesWe are seeking a skilled and innovative UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing and enhancing user experiences for enterprise-class applications, focusing on AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure the best UX solutions are implemented.Responsibilities : Lead the design of user experiences for enterprise-class applications with a focus on AI and ML.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Product Managers, to ensure design solutions meet both user needs and technical requirements.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma and Sketch.Contribute to technical discussions, ensuring designs align with the product and engineering requirements.Actively participate in user testing, collecting feedback to iterate and refine designs.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.4 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes.Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications : T-shaped designer : Strong design skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions with Engineers and product discussions with Product Managers to build the best UX.Experience designing robust and scalable enterprise-class applications.Passion for AI, ML, and AI products, with an interest in AI product offerings.Background in cloud-based UX design.

Desired Skills : Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in developing solutions for complex problems in enterprise-level applications.Knowledgeable or interested in AI and ML, particularly within the cloud-based product space.
