What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX/UI Designer II position at Dexian DISYS?
Job Title: UX/UI Designer II
Locations: San Diego, CA / Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 06 Months with possible extension and Conversion.
Rate Range: $55/Hr. - $60/Hr.
Must have:
- 3-5 years of design experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Will help with the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows
- Need someone who has had experience working on sales tech workflows, account management, mid-market, more CRM based design
- Must have Service design experience
- These individuals will manage stakeholders and facilitate design projects
- Needs to have AI experience
- UX writing and content designing is a requirement
- Figma and Figjam experience is required
- Looking for someone who uses AI in their everyday practice
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce is a plus
- Prototyping skills are a plus
- Lightening design system is a plus
- Agentic AI is a plus
