Sr Digital Ops Project Manager - 7268
Fully remote but must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois
Rate: $72-80/hr W2 benefits.
Duration: 3-6 months
This Project manger will lead complex projects that support the end-to-end consumer journey through digital or point-of-care solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manages complex strategic programs or projects.
- Develops a project schedule for each new program or project.
- Manages and leads the daily work effort of project teams.
- Provides consistent and timely communications to stakeholders.
- Provides post-implementation tracking for major projects to ensure the expected benefits are obtained.
- Develops streamlined workflow processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Provides effective role modeling and coaching to team members throughout the course of the project.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (or related field)
- 5 years of experience in project management, ideally digital-focused areas, that includes experiences in advanced project management and managing large cross-functional teams / projects or broad initiative.
- Extensive knowledge of and expertise in the use of project and project management methodologies, processes and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership of consumer experience and / or digital project planning and execution activities.
- Experience managing projects across one or more experience channels: digital (websites, chat, CRM, etc.) and / or point-of-care (in-person, phone, video visits, kiosks, etc).
Salary : $72 - $80
