We are looking for an experienced Android Architect and Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing applications that have a direct impact on store employees. As an Android Architect and Team Lead, you will need to work under pressure, switch between applications, and deliver high-quality code while guiding a team under the supervision of an engineering manager.
Responsibilities:
- Android Development: Develop and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP)
- Debugging & Optimization: Have strong experience with ADBC commands for debugging and troubleshooting Android applications
- Database & Backend Integration: Experience with MySQL or relational databases to support app functionality
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards
