Job Summary :
Dexian is seeking a Claims Contact Center Representative for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines, IA.
Responsibilities :
- Take incoming phone calls from customers including agents and beneficiaries regarding death and living benefit claims
- Review and navigate image system for status of claim
- Complete intake notification to begin a claim
- Demonstrates ability to self-organize, set priorities and manage workload
- Monitors, measures and assesses processes to determine areas of improvement; identifies and eliminates operational waste
- Understands basic data concepts
- Contributes to deliverables by executing work and providing team members with appropriate status updates
