Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise, typically requiring a college degree or equivalent.
- Substantial applicable work experience to supplement formal knowledge, applying principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues.
- Attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated industry.
- An engineering degree (Mechanical/Bio-medical) or equivalent.
- A background in CAPA/NCR is preferred, and experience managing projects in the FDA-regulated medical devices or pharmaceuticals would be advantageous.
