Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and foster Agile practices within multiple complex teams. This role requires someone with a strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies-someone who understands "the art" of Scrum, knows when to push back, and can effectively balance communication with a "tough but fair" approach. The ideal candidate will facilitate a team-first mentality, ensuring Scrum fundamentals are implemented effectively to drive efficiency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple complex teams, ensuring Agile principles are effectively practiced.
- Foster a team mentality by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile best practices.
- Act as a trusted coach, knowing when to push back and when to guide teams toward optimal performance.
- Drive vertical slicing and ensure work is effectively broken down into manageable increments.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across Agile teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure alignment with business goals.
