Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Third Party Risk Governance PM/BA for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across different business functions to identify potential risks, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
- Analyze the likelihood and impact of identified risks to prioritize them for mitigation
- Develop risk matrices and other visual representations to effectively communicate risk profiles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans
- Assign ownership and accountability for risk mitigation activities
- Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans and track progress
- Participate in the design and implementation of a robust risk governance framework, including policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Lead risk management projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and monitoring
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources allocated to risk mitigation initiatives
- Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder meetings to discuss and prioritize risks
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risks, mitigation progress, and emerging concerns
- Communicate risk information effectively to relevant stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- Experience in developing and executing monitoring and oversight programs
- Project management, organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience

- Ability to prioritize competing demands and proactively complete work

- Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint
- Risk and/or Audit Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Problem Solving Experience/Training such as operational excellence, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to synthesize data and use it to tell a story
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Business Analyst (Domain Experts)
- Tertiary Skill
