What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tour Guide/Visitor Relations position at Dexian - Signature Consultants?
We are seeking a skilled Tour Guide/Visitor Relations professional to enhance the visitor experience and promote our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Memorize and deliver scripted material and approved messaging to guests, incorporating updates and new content as required.
- Assist visitors with general building wayfinding and services at both Future of Flight and Everett Factory sites.
- Learngallery and exhibit content, engaging with visitors to share information accurately.
- Assist with evacuating guests during emergencies and implement safety training practices as needed.
Requirements
- 1 or more years' related work experience in a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills.
- Experience presenting, training, teaching, or acting in a client-facing environment.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work early mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in standing or walking positions for up to six hours per shift.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- High School diploma/GED and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
