Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, revenue summaries, and financial positions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records while adhering to U.S. legal requirements, accounting standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Generate and distribute customer invoices, process vendor invoices, and manage payment transactions. Oversee trade receivables, including aging report creation and follow-ups for overdue payments.
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to assist in managerial decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize systems.
- Collaborate with headquarters and external partners such as customs, banks, and consultants. Manage import/export documentation and support the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Prepare reconciliation reports for intercompany transactions and handle all related invoices and financial flows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
