What are the responsibilities and job description for the Android Tech Lead position at Dexian?
We are looking for a Lead Android Engineer to develop, support, and enhance applications that directly impact store employees. This role requires someone who can work under pressure, jump between applications, and deliver high-quality code while leading a team under the guidance of an engineering manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Android Development : Build and maintain high-performance Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns ( MVVM, MVP ).
- Debugging & Optimization : Strong experience with ADB commands for debugging and troubleshooting Android applications.
- Performance & Scalability : Work with RxJava, Dagger 2 / Hilt , and Room / Realm databases to ensure efficient app performance.
- Database & Backend Integration : Experience with MySQL or relational databases to support app functionality.
- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
