Broker Training Program

Location: Onsite from Day 1 (Charlotte, NC)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Program Overview

This Broker Training Program is a 14-week paid opportunity designed to set participants on a pathway to a successful career in financial services. The program combines hands-on experience with the chance to earn industry-recognized certifications, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Participants transition into a 90-day Broker Trainee role after training, with opportunities to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Account Management

• Facilitate account transfers and set up new client accounts across systems.
• Support onboarding for Financial Advisors, ensuring a seamless integration process.

Client Support & Communication

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address complex customer scenarios, including margin accounts and advanced option trades.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for website and mobile users.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
• Build and track onboarding metrics for continuous improvement.

Data Management & Reporting

• Create detailed reports on onboarding performance and develop best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (finance or business preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 1 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building trust and rapport with clients.
• A proactive problem-solving approach in fast-paced environments.

Preferred:

• Completion of SIE, Series 7, or Series 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 3-4 months).
• Familiarity with brokerage operations and financial services.
