We’re looking for a Business Banker II to help small businesses grow by offering tailored financial products and building lasting relationships. This role involves sales, prospecting, and client management, with a focus on understanding and addressing the financial needs of small business clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with small business clients.
- Achieve monthly sales goals for banking products and services.
- Prospect new clients through cold-calling and community engagement.
- Manage loan commitments and analyze credit reports and financial statements.
- Cross-sell bank products such as loans, deposits, and cash management solutions.
- Report weekly activity and results to the sales manager.
