Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and end-users of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field
• 2-5 years' experience working in an Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Data Analyst role
• Financial Services Industry experience working with reference data preferred
• Experience working with analysis/reporting tools such as SQL, R, and OBIEE preferred
• Able to interact with vendors, clients, and end-users of data

2. Strong analysis skills resulting in the ability to respond to customer inquiries with accuracy
3. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
4. Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good organizational and project management skills to navigate high-volume settings with tight deadlines
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff, management, and other business partners
7. Data analytics, data mining, reporting, operations research, and data manipulation experience preferred
8. Data Visualization knowledge and skills a plus
