Hybrid Schedule: training on-site, at least first 3 weeks on site all days, then will be 3 days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Contract Duration: 3 months with possibility of FTE

Responsibilities:

• Maintains max and mins for spare parts,
• Process purchases for both system and manual requisitions,
• Responsible for all spare part cycle counts, which including consignment inventory,
• Responsible for goods received no invoice (GRNI),
• Open purchase orders and passed due purchase orders,
• Responsible for creating new vendors,
• Save costs through COUPA,
• Run inventory quality management (IQM),
• Responsible for janitorial contractors,
• Responsible for waste management purchase orders and invoices

Skills and abilities

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals,
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence,
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization,
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals,
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent; and to draw and interpret bar graphs,
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form,
• Ability to operate a computer or other keyboard instrument,
• Ability to operate a word processing software, excel and email,
• Ability to operate SAP systems,
• Ability to effectively negotiate,
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations,
