What are the responsibilities and job description for the Check Processing Specialist position at Dexian?
The Bank by Mail Teller will be responsible for processing items that are mailed in, in accordance with Bank policy and Federal compliance. The ideal candidate will flawlessly track and document our process to ensure a positive customer experience. This individual will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. Responsibilities:
- Process bank by mail items in accordance with Bank and Federal Policy
- Adhere to processing deadlines
- Collaborate with supporting departments to execute daily processes and operations
- Identify trends and defects to develop process improvements
- Escalate situations appropriately
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Onsite attendance Monday – Friday, 5 days a week
- 1 year of teller or branch banking experience preferred
- 1 year of experience handling debits and credits preferred
- 1 year of customer service in financial services preferred
