  • Must have experience specifically in commercial banking (4 years for relationship manager 2, 6 years for relationship manager 3)
  • Relationship Managers must have built their own client portfolio and managed it beginning to end
  • Clients within their portfolio need to be in the C&I space (commercial and industrial), clients will be larger commercial entities
  • For both Relationship manager roles, they need to be managing an upwards of $1 million in revenue.
  • Business Banker will be working with mom-and-pop shop loans or small commercial business with a revenue UNDER $1million in revenue
  • VERY IMPORTANT they all need to have formal credit training,
