Job Title: Escrow Support Processor
Pay Range: $23 - $25/hr
Location: Irvine, CA 92612
Contract Duration: 6 months contract (Possible to extend)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Escrow Support Processor to join their team in Denver, CO. This is an on-site role with occasional travel (less than 10%) to the Corona, CA location. There is no remote work option. While the role may involve handling checks, there is no cash handling involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized clerical processing of escrow-related documents to support branch operations.
- Manage high-volume paperwork tasks, allowing branches to focus on customer interactions.
- Communicate instructions and information to escrow branches (no direct customer interaction).
- Handle escrow openings and closings as required.
- Follow established escrow procedures and maintain awareness of regulatory guidelines.
- Perform troubleshooting and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Work independently on routine tasks while seeking assistance for more complex duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of escrow processing experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of escrow procedures and related regulations.
- Ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently.
- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
