What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Security Analyst position at Dexian?
Looking for an Information & Cybersecurity professional with real-world working experience in the Identity & Access Management space.
Individual will be part of the second line of defense Cybersecurity risk management team, performing assessments of high-risk IAM areas, including ongoing issues and ad-hoc data analysis.
Individual should have strong understanding of key tenets of IAM, including access provisioning / de-provisioning, segregation of duties, authentication, privileged and elevated access and service account management.
Excellent communication and writing skills as the individual will be required to write assessment reports and discuss findings/observations with first line of defense partners, with a clear articulation of the underlying risks.
Individual should be familiar with key financial industry regulatory requirements like FFIEC, GLBA 501(b) etc. and how they would apply to prudent IAM practices for an organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Strong experience in assessing IAM risks within complex IT environments, including cloud-based systems.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are preferred.
Solid understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM tools)
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and SOC 2.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in IAM monitoring and reporting tools, as well as GRC platforms.
Risk Management Expertise: Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize IAM-related risks effectively. Must understand risk management from a second line perspective.

Strategic Thinking: Capability to align IAM processes with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
