What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Engineer position at Dexian?
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
· Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent is required.
· 8 years of experience in the domain of data engineering
· Deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and materialized views)
· Recent experience using ETL tools (Informatica preferred)
· Demonstrable experience testing PL/SQL stored procedures, ETL jobs, and other data transformations.
· Experience writing database change management (CI/CD) using Liquibase or similar tools.
· Experience using Python as part of ETL or data analysis is very helpful
· Experience with Agile software development processes and practices like code review, automated testing, and CI/CD
