Are you detail-oriented and proactive? Join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and support our North American brands by processing medical-related expenses and ensuring timely payments.
What You'll Do:
- Process medical-related expenses and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage healthcare expenses.
- Highlight trends and optimize accounts payable processes.
- Support resource allocation for crew healthcare needs across 65 ships.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of accounts payable or similar experience (degree can substitute).
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and payment terms.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
