Proven experience in graphic design across a wide variety of print and electronic media, and mastery of related software applications and techniques, is essential for this position, as is the ability to present and defend your work to clients, stakeholders and peers.The Graphic Designer will report to GCM Studio's Creative Director but will also collaborate and communicate frequently with colleagues among the broader GCM organization, as well as with clients and stakeholders across different business units.Responsibilities and tasksCreate and design various materials for print and digital collateralEnsure projects are completed with high quality and on scheduleEstablish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelinesPrioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsWork with a wide range of media using specialized graphic design softwareCommunicate with senior team members to receive and implement feedbackLiaise with project managers to ensure deadlines are metStay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, including generative AI toolsReview final productions for errors and ensure that final work reflects client specificationsCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media typesMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trendsPrepare images to coincide with social and blog postsSkills and qualifications10 years of experience in graphic designPortfolio of past work, with proven skills in conceptual developmentBachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or a related fieldHighly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Teams; and comfortable working in online project management platforms such as WorkfrontWork in parallel with other designers, photographers and videographers within the Studio and in approved outside teamsWork in parallel with other teams within GCM and across our companySelf-starter with the ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlinesStrong eye for visual compositionSolid understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisement and multimedia designExcellent communication and presentation skillsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
