DTC Sales Manager, Wearables

• We are seeking an experienced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales Manager to oversee the daily business operations of a prescription e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless execution and sales growth across an optical product portfolio.
• This role involves managing a digital catalog of prescription products, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, inventory management, forecasting, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an e-commerce digital catalog for prescription and optical products, including order fulfillment, inventory management, listing accuracy, shipping, fraud resolution, and vendor services.
• Develop, implement, and refine efficient operational processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective communication on key business initiatives.
• Provide regular analysis and insights on sales performance to stakeholders and leadership.
• Work with data analytics teams to develop and track KPIs.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in business, strategy, e-commerce, or marketing.
• Experience establishing operational strategies for new initiatives within an organization.
• Proven ability to partner with sales, marketing, and external teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
• Experience managing sales distribution across diverse channels, including online and physical retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail in documentation and presentations.
• Experience working with consumer tech or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the prescription optical industry.
