Benefits Contract Builders – tables, contract config, higher level Benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Utilize knowledge of benefit plans and documents to gather details to create/update applicable product configuration elements
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, assess, interpret and document customer needs and requirements
3. Design, configure and build various product / benefit components in Facets
4. Research claims issues to determine configuration gaps, update configuration as applicable
5. Audit configuration against benefit plan requirements / EOC, etc, verify configuration following source documentation
6. Acts as a SME to other team members to answer questions and coaches on opportunities
7. Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining expected attendance
8. Represent benefit configuration in business partner meetings as a SME to research and respond to action items
9. Facilitate meetings to partner with others on issue resolution and problem solving including follow up on action items as needed
Requirements:
• 3 years experience working with Medicare benefit configuration, claims issue resolution or other areas of Facets configuration
• 3 years experience working with Facets database tables and configuration
• 2 years experience working with Facets Workflow
• 2 years experience working with Facets Business Process Automation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Computer proficiency including, but not limited to, ability to learn new computer system applications.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
