Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Facilities Coordinator

Location: Allen, TX 75013

Duration: 03 Months – Potential Conversion

Pay Range: $30 - $32.22/hr.

Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for providing building maintenance and office administration support across company-managed buildings. This role falls within the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves coordinating preventive maintenance, repairs, and other critical services for building systems and equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize open work orders and assign them to appropriate technicians or teams.
• Plan and forecast for upcoming Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Escalate aging work orders for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure timely engagement and direction.
• Collaborate with technicians to stage materials, permits, tools, and resources for work orders.
• Develop and maintain workflow processes for the team and ensure they are communicated effectively.
• Review predictive maintenance data for trends and provide regular reports to management and clients.
• Conduct annual reviews of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Work within established procedures to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently to ensure understanding and proper execution of tasks.

Resource's Typical Working Day:

• Review and redistribute open work orders.
• Plan and forecast for upcoming preventive maintenance.
• Escalate aging work orders as necessary.

Qualifications:

Years of Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on CMMS and building maintenance planning.

Level of Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Systems/Software Proficiencies:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Top Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.

Top Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Data Center experience.
• Mechanical experience is preferred.
• Ability to be a self-starter and manage tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate details to a wide audience.
