Job Description:
This role works directly with clients, Bankers, Sales, Service and KYC to open Commercial Bank accounts, provide clients with legal documentation and ensure certain firmwide and regulatory requirements are met.
Day to day you will be:
- Owning the research, creation, validation and negotiation oversight of client documentation for account opening.
- Leverage critical thinking skills to customize, streamline, and solution account and documentation needs
- Managing client and internal expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectations
- Interacting with clients, answering client questions and working with clients to minimize documentation requirements
- Representing the team as the Documentation Specialist on your assigned implementations
- Collaborate with team and internal partners (Legal, Service, Sales, KYC) to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
- Owning your role and feeling empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience in financial services, if possible Corporate/Commercial Banking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
