Job Title: Insider Trading Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $64.66/ - $66.66/hr. on W2.
Note: Seeking a hybrid professional in Washington, DC, with flexibility to work remotely and come onsite as needed for assignments or projects.
Summary
The contractor position will support the Legal & Regulatory Compliance (LRC) with the day-to-day management and oversight of the Insider Trading compliance program, as well as monitor employees compliance with Insider Trading Compliance requirements within a vendor system. The contractor will be responsible for developing and maintaining communication and training materials for employees on Insider Trading Compliance requirements and how to use the vendor system software to establish and monitory brokerage accounts and transactions.
