Job Title: Internal Communications Specialist
Location: Bedford, MA *Hybrid*
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $40.48/hr. - $41.48/hr.
Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
Summary
Looking for a creative and proactive contract internal communications associate to partner with senior executives, craft organizational communications, and keep staff informed through engaging story telling. Acting as a communications consultant to global functions (Executive, HR, Marketing, Product, R&D, IT etc.) they will develop and execute clear, engaging messaging and campaigns that ensure content captures readers' interest, while promoting company messages. This person will also have the opportunity to get external communication exposure.
Must Have
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communications
- Proficiency across MS Office Suite
- Experience working with an HR team or on HR/employee communications a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Video editing experience a plus
