Key Responsibilities:
- Craft beautiful and usable designs for digital products by applying your domain expertise, deep research findings, and collaborating with peers across the product organization.
- Advocate for a Human-Centered Design process and create a collaborative environment.
- Engage and inspire the product organization about our customers' experiences through powerful storytelling of the human-centered design process, research insights, and customer journeys.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a UX/Interaction/Product Designer working across a breadth of digital media.
- ~2 years of experience leading the human-centered design process with highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, graphic design, or digital design-related degree.
