Job Title : Commercial Loan Processor/ Specialist
Location : Fort Worth TX
Duration : Contract (9 Months)
Shift : (M-F) (7.30am -5.30am)
Job Overview:
Looking for someone who has commercial loan experience
Loan operations experience required
Possible conversion opportunities
3-6 years of experience ideal but could look at college grads that have degrees that align with role
Assigned to line manager for training.
Commercial loan experience top skillset. If they don’t have closing experience but are part of the commercial loan process, they may be a fit.
Residential loan experience does not work. They don’t want to see mortgage banking experience
Finance/Accounting degrees would be targeted for new degrees
Strong excel skills
Syndicated loan experience extremely preferred – Would hire this candidate if we can find them but they understand this candidate is hard to find.
