Title : Logistics Analyst
Location : Muscatine, IA
Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay range : $27-28 / hr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using SAP, Excel, and MES
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely processing
- Handle all logistics incoming calls
- Review shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of information, resolves any issues and problems identified by following proper operating procedures with associates
- Completion of daily paperwork filing
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in shipments or deliveries
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to shipping
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including answering questions and resolving issues related to shipping and receiving.
