Job Description
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.
This is a six-month plus contract with the high potential to extend. The working arrangement is three days a week onsite in Dublin, California.
To be considered, the Engineer must be able to work for Dexian on a W2 basis and not through a third-party employer.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Ensure that designs are complete, accurate, timely, and on budget, to support project implementation dates as planned.
- Review and Validation: Review renderings, mockups, physical prototypes, test reports, manufacturing drawings, first production samples, and assembly instructions, for conformance to design requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Proactively identify and communicate any potential nonconformances to supervisor and partners. Develop and evaluate potential solutions to address.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
