The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing information and answering telephone calls or console switchboard queries
* Maintaining visitor logs and/or call records, providing security passes/badges, typing, filing, or other simple clerical functions
* Maintaining boardroom schedules and equipment
* Providing other administrative support as required, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep confidential information organized and secure. Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also essential.
