Job Description:

- Responsibilities include working with row crops (canola, corn, cotton, and soybeans) in greenhouses and growth chambers, performing tasks such as sowing, plant care, cleaning, transplanting, harvesting, and seed processing.
- The role requires prolonged standing and working in high temperatures during warmer months.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in controlled environments and plant cultivation, with commercial greenhouse experience being highly valued.
- Preferred education includes an associate or bachelor’s degree in agronomy, biology, horticulture, or related life sciences.
- Candidates with a master's degree or higher are considered overqualified.
