Dexian is hiring a highly skilled Purchasing Operations Manager to join their team in the Spencer area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of purchasing operations, reporting directly to the Director of Finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures
- Tracking contracts and ensuring they remain up-to-date
- Selecting suppliers based on cost-effectiveness and quality
- Creating purchase orders and confirming goods/services received
- Recommending changes to company processes and policies
- Assisting with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Maintaining compliance/documentation
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' professional Purchasing/Procurement experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
